We had an unusual property to sell in a remote location and we knew we had over built for the area. We first engaged a realtor/broker who had worked the local area for many years, believing that he would know the right price and marketing strategy for selling our place. However, after he listed our property it became evident that he was not doing his due diligence in representing us, or our property. We made several attempts to work with the realtor but decided it was obvious that he was not really working for us, so we fired him. After doing more research on realtors from the Billings area we decided to interview Clint for a listing agent. We were impressed with how well prepared he was for our first meeting. Once we decided to 'œhire' Clint, he came out to the house and spent a good amount of time walking the property, assessing the house and out buildings to determine the market value. After seeing the property and researching comparable properties in the area, Clint made a recommendation for the listing price which was in line with what we felt the price should be. Clint also presented his ideas for marketing our unique property. We agreed with his suggestion to hire a professional photographer to take pictures of the house and outbuildings and also produced an aerial video of the property via a drone to capture the finer details of the house and outbuildings.
